Be Forward to release only two players

BLANTYRE (Malawi NewsNow ) —Mighty Be Forward Wanderers have changed its earlier plans to offload some of their surplus to requirement during the mid season transfer window.

Wanderers had plans to offload about 11 misfits but there is a change of heart from the club.

The club General secretary Mr Mike Butao said Wanderers would rather bring in new players as they are expected to part ways with its two players, striker Victor Mpinganjira and goal stopper Bester Phiri who are to join Civo United and Silver Strikers respectively.

“Now we have long term injuries like Ishmael Thindwa, Francis Mulimbika so we need cover up,” said Butap

“The only players that are probably about go out are Victor Mpinganjira to Civo United and Bester Phiri to Silver Strikers but other than these two we could keep all the players,” said Butao.
